      Pros

      The people I worked with on a daily basis were awesome.

      Cons

      Pretends to give customers that "local feel", but is really just another banking corporate entity. To anyone in corporate higher than the local bank level, you are just a number.

      Not an innovative company

      Pros

      Stable position with decent benefits and salary.

      Cons

      Treatment of the employees hasn’t only gotta worse since I started. Pay raises have decreased year to year. No more holiday bonuses and pay scale has changed downward. New hires get less vacation then when I first started.
