Pros

Peers and customers. Culture varies greatly by branch. Deposit and loan minimum standards are easy to hit if you work in a busy branch. Decent commission pay-out for retail banking.

Cons

Very high sales pressure similar to Regions and Wells Fargo. They expect you to profile every customer at your desk and cold call customers daily but base pay is well below the competition. They do not promote from within and instead prefer to hire from the outside. Very complex and intricate system which is a challenge to learn if you don't start as a teller.
