      No Personal Time (unless requested 2-3 weeks in advance) No accommodation for illnesses and/or military duties, No communication, Barely any increase for a raise, Allows certain people to get away with certain stuff but not others, Hard to accommodate any needed time off, Receive "occurrences" for absences such as being sick.

      Great leadership. Great benefits. Advancement opportunities. Many of the small business and commercial banking employees have worked there for 10-15 years (very low turnover). Big-bank technology and strength with hometown bank service culture.

      Cons

      Technology is slightly behind but progressing nicely. Limited remote work options.
