Pros

None to share at this time.

Cons

Hired to work the business queue only for deposits and credit cards, but quickly was forced to do more. We serviced everyone with just about everything that HW offered and the load continued to get heavier and heavier. Their systems are outdated greatly and should have been replaced decades ago. It makes the job even harder to do because you can't keep up with all the tedious requests asked of you on top of making sure you meet quality. It seems everyone has their own club whether it be Scheduling, HR, the loan department, Quality.... It was as if everyone was out for themselves with no sense of doing the right thing or working as a team. Management never takes accountability for what they do and will often pass you off to HR for them be the "bad guy". 2 weeks of vacation and you're forced to take a full week all at one time. Do the math on that when things happen in life and you feel you don't have time to rest. No organization on the phones. Those who are profecient in knowledge about loans, cds, credit cards.. etc (as a single subject) don't take calls. So after you try your best to repeat or translate what they said back to the customer, the customer then continues to blast you.

For They Know Not What They Do

Pros

Company has an attractive high integrity corporate mission statement and set of values

Cons

Group dynamics, integrity of management, and unfortunately the industry skills, don't live up to those values. Lots of folks, managing, and administering, an all vendor technology set, that suffers from poor choices, and architectural tradeoffs that limit leveraging technology as a competitive advantage. The company is more focused on appearances, and ignores the broad based lack of accountability and follow through.

Pros

Good health insurance Good Holidays Good Paid Time Off The people that work side by side with you are nice

Cons

Your voice as an employee does not matter. They feel everyone is replaceable no matter your time on the job. Women are not as respected throughout the company as men. They won't consider meeting the market for certain jobs in pay.
