Pros

Good benefits. A lot of training provided on retail side. CEOs seem genuine and seem to care about their employees and any issues they are having.

Cons

In 2013, Hancock had already acquired one failed bank and was merging with another bank. In 2013 it was difficult at times knowing where to go department-wise to help customers.

Pros

most coworkers great to work with

Cons

management pretty much does as they please (stress importance of something, only to turn around and do the opposite / schedule changes throughout week for personal benefit from tardiness or elongated lunch hours with no regard to employees and with little or no notice); preach internal advancement from the first interview throughout employment but fail to come through; a lot of gossip throughout company;
