      Coworkers are the best. It is a very positive atmosphere and the company strives for a work-life balance...telecommuting is available as an option too

      Cons

      You must use all your vacation every year and do not have the option to accrue from year to year - you either use it or lose it

      Pros

      -Incentive pay is the best for any bank I've worked for. -The same old limited time off corporate policy making it hard for military spouses to get more than 10 days off a year. -Good updated computer software -Clear procedures for lending policies

      Cons

      -I experienced great Regional managers but the branch managers were lacking. They're shifted between branches too often. -The goals they set are unrealistic for the change in banking now days. -The required late telemarketing nights on a weekly basis. -Hancock Bank prides themselves on being "the first to open and last to close" which makes is a negative experience for employees who have families.
