Pros

Good company to work for. They take care if their employees and customers. The atmosphere is present in which to work.

Cons

There are no cons. Every job has its ups and downs but there were not any that I can state were of such concern that it should be noted.

Pros

The people, decent compensation unless you're an entry level teller, good chance for incentives and bonus, a place where they actually care about their customers

Cons

Company is trying too much to grow and become a bigger bank, but that's not what Hancock is. I think there are too many back office people doing things that could be done by people at the branch level.
