      Pros

      Great job for college students who want to enhance their customer service skills and gain minor banking experience. Pay is pretty well compared to other bank competitors.

      Cons

      No opportunities for growth in company as far as commercial banking or wealth management. Get in and get out. Management isn't very responsive to emails from lower level employees.

      The company is a really great company when it comes to management, open communication policy, and friendly atmosphere. The benefits are good and everyone is open and active. There are many incentives associated with all of the positions offered in the branch level. Can move up quickly within the company.

      Cons

      Many changes too often within the company. Doesn't pay as good as other competition.
