Pros

I liked working with the public, helping people with their accounts, learning about foreign currency, counting money and balancing my drawer.

Cons

They do not pay the tellers enough to handle millions of dollars every day, peoples accounts and having the fear of being robbed

Pros

This company believes strongly in the training process. They welcome young adults and the work place is very diversified. They encourage you to move up within the company. Management in this company is awesome. They practice what they teach.

Cons

Raises can be a bit discouraging. They take a long time before they notice you and all the hard work you put in. Once they do notice you the raise isn't even a small percent of what you deserve.
