      Pros

      The company is a really great company when it comes to management, open communication policy, and friendly atmosphere. The benefits are good and everyone is open and active. There are many incentives associated with all of the positions offered in the branch level. Can move up quickly within the company.

      Many changes too often within the company. Doesn't pay as good as other competition.

      Pros

      Decent compensation. Quarterly incentives/bonuses. Great teller training. Great continuing education opportunities. PENSION. 2 weeks paid vacation starting out, even for part time employees.

      Cons

      My issues with this company are mainly on the branch level. If you have poor management on in the branch, it really makes all of the pros fade. When management does not have your best interests at heart (professionally or otherwise) it can make working anywhere a miserable experience, no matter how great the company is.
