Pros

Willing to train Freedom to do additional projects Open door policy in the group I worked with

Cons

Compensation in the operations area is the hugest drawback but that's pretty normal across the industry. Not the easiest company to move into a new role.

Pros

Worked with a great team. Was able to travel several times meeting with members of different regions in FL, LA, AL, and MS.

Cons

Lowest paying bank in the region. Definitely a good ole boy system when it comes to promotions. Becoming too big too fast and losing that personal touch.
