      Pros

      The best thing about working at Whitney was the great people who always worked as a team to accomplish our goals.

      Cons

      After a recent merger the entire culture and approach to how things were done changed, making it very difficult to get things accomplished.

      Pros

      Flexible and Convenient banking, especially since they have many locations are the earliest of banks to open and the latest to close in the area.

      Cons

      Management promises to up-train and hire from within but this never happens. Instead they hire from outside the company and claim these people have more experience when apparently they don't b/c they want the "underdogs" to train them.
