Pros

If that is the only job available then take the job, till you find some other job.

Cons

They pressure in employees constantly to accost customers and sell, sell , sell. They will charge customers for things other banks give away for free. The old small accounts mean nothing. They want to get rid of small depositors. Just overcharging the community, and rewarding the business accounts.

The Employee are the best that they hire for the job.

Cons

Hancock Holding was a great place to work, but the work enviroment was stressful. The company also didnt have a balance.
