Large enough organization to give an employee a sense of job security, but small enough to really care about their employees and not treat them like just a number. Their recruiters recognize talent and will utilize their resources to help find the right match if the job you are looking for does not fit. The management team is very supportive in your role, makes sure you have all the necessary equipment/systems available to do your job. Hancock Whitney goes above and beyond to making sure their associates are safe.

Cons

Health benefits are not available immediately at hiring. Due to the size of the company compared to large corporate health insurance premiums are very high for family coverage.

Great management, teamwork, customer vibes, positive energy, benefits. This company really cares about there employees.

Cons

Compensation to the average. I feel that those who have been with the company for years should get paid more than the ones that just started Technology with the systems definitely needs updating
