Pros

- Great management - Friendly co-workers - GREAT pay for college students (I started at $11 an hour) - Great benefits for college students (2 weeks paid vacation)

Cons

- Customers can be horrible at times, especially in the drive-thru - Required to work every Saturday if you are part time - The corporate culture changed quite a bit once Hancock bought Whitney

Pros

This was a nice coat and tie industry to forge a professional facilities career.

Cons

Today banks prefer their FTE's to be part of the core business. Facilities is clearly a stepchild and being outsourced. It is not an attractive field in light of the current banking/finance economic reality.

Pros

Fairly good pay with monthly incentives, at least for now. Things may change in the future.

Cons

Some supervisors are not worth their employ. Schedule is based on grading-call graders are inconsistent.
