Pros

The company with the proper push can close a file quickly but with a lot of help from LO. They offer a great many CRA & Down Payment assistance loans. They do have holes in the software and processing of these loans. The people are nice. They are willing to learn. The rates of FHA, VA and USDA are great.

Cons

The marketing tools are old and not up to the current market standards. They just hired a marketing assistant to help create content, but the process is slow. They use Encompass, but they rely on many paper forms. They are more concerned about locking down input on the Encompass contact database than creating content.
