      At least in my department, everyone is genuinely awesome. I work with really nice people who are good at what they do.

      Cons

      Moving up is a huge question mark. The avenues of how to progress are never addressed my management.

      Pros

      Hancock Whitney has a great culture and they’ve really made significant advances with product and technology in the last few years.

      Cons

      The benefits continue to be poor. From the outside, the company has really improved but the pay for anyone who isn’t a teller has actually become worse. It’s hard to be motivated to reach unattainable branch goals when you can barely live off of the salaries they’ve set.
