Great culture & leadership team

Recommend

Pros

Excellent leadership starting with our CEO & COO and all the way through local market leadership. Healthy appetite for new credit exposure, and great credit partners. In addition to all kinds of financing, our treasury management platform is excellent, as well as our p-card and merchant services solutions (which are in-house). Very well capitalized with strong growth plans. Competitive compensation with substantial incentive comp based on clearly defined and attainable growth targets.

Cons

Name recognition in newer markets.

An absolute nightmare! Employees are treated like slaves!

Pros

None! It's constant pressure and abuse here! I was miserable as soon as I started working here, all the way until I finally left!

Cons

Working here was an absolute nightmare! Employees were treated less like people and more like slaves! Managers were incredibly hostile and often yelled at and verbally abused everyone around them. There's no room for mistakes, and if you make any, let's just say you shouldn't expect to have a job by the end of the week.

A new hire's perspective

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

I have just recently been hired for this position and so far, I have received nothing but support and opportunities. I have connected with a lot of different people from people on my level to people in high corporate positions. This is a team

Cons

The only problem is the platform D1 crashes frequently, I was told because it isn't compatible with Windows 11 so if there was a way to fix that everything would be perfect.
