Management was nice and willing to work with needed days off. The atmosphere as a whole always flowed.

Cons

You have a quota of sales they want you to reach each quarter. Sometimes that was easier said than done.

Pros

I love working with the clients. I love my local manager. Pay is average. Hours are great.

Cons

The systems are constantly going down. It is very stressful when the clients want answers and you can't give them answers. The training is seriously lacking and even my manager has zero support from her sales manager. Low moral from very poor middle management.
