      HW is the fourth bank I have worked for. I have worked at both very large and small financial institutions. HW is great because in many ways we operate with the sophistication of a bigger bank in a small bank setting. We get things done and when necessary can react fairly quickly to changing situations. There is a true team oriented feel amongst associates.

      Cons

      Not many. At times we operate like a small bank as some things can take longer or become drawn out beyond a reasonable time frame. Sometimes we move fast and some times not so much.
