Pros

Upper leadership is very supportive and they don’t micromanage. Our old, outdated systems have been upgraded which allows us to better serve our clients.

Cons

Branch managers are paid so poorly compared to peer banks.

Pros

I am excited to be a part of this wonderful company that from the very beginning has shown appreciation and support to their employees. In my 16 years of banking career, I have never been treated with such human kindness as Hancock Whitney's management, business team, and HR has shown. The teamwork my team displays is proof of the great environment Hancock Whitney provides their employees.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the online banking enrollment process. If customers could enroll with or without the branch help that would be great.
