Pros

Good Benefits nice vacation package and life insurance along with a good 401k plan.

Cons

Technology is lacking which made it hard to deliver the customer service levels that were needed to sell the great suite of products available. Leadership seems very stressed and that was passed down to management which made the work environment in the branches very negative, moral was very low among coworkers. The banking industry is a very stressful place to work right now and I feel like overall Hancock Whitney is a good bank but lacks the right leadership in some key places. The branches are too spaced out and leadership is trying to do their job while on the road. If banking could get back to more of a service level industry instead of product pushing with the sales goal pressure on upper management it would make things so much better in the branches. District managers are under too much pressure and the branch operations are not up to par with the other larger banks.
