      A Refreshing change From My Last Bank

      Pros

      * Philosophy is to do what is right for the client. * We do have sales goals but there is not as much pressure and stress to exceed them. * other employees are there to assist you and help when needed. * Definite "team" atmosphere. * Happy to come to work.

      Cons

      * Could make big improvements in technology. * In Florida our ATMs do not take deposits. *E-Signature would be great to have to eliminate exceptions. * staffing could be improved. * Teller system D-1 seems slow.

      Pros

      Good vibes from local and regional management. Good benefits, and growth opportunities. Highly supports local communities.

      Cons

      Too much systematical changes from corporate that they dont think clearly thru even understand before making changes. HR will low ball your pay if you dont fight back, working hours are not fun and make it hard to complete work and makes it hard for clients to get to the bank. Saturdays are pointless but corporate will never see that or make changes to it.
