Pros

You get paid every 2 weeks. That is the only answer I had to say was a true consistent pro for working at Hancock.

Cons

Laundry List ( will keep short ). Don't value you. Strict rules in other departments. Micro manage. Archaic software/ systems. No true training system. Not Organized. Penny for Raises despite how well the bank preformed. I can go on but will stop here.
