      There is not very much training. Company can be somewhat disorganized leaving you overwhelmed. Sales manager does not get involved.

      Lafayette market has a good work environment. Great benefits offered. Systems are being upgraded. We have a lot of products to offer our customers. Great teamwork in this market.
