Pros

- very supportive management - teammates were also very supportive - excellent pay, good incentives/bonuses, learning opportunities. - if you talk to your managers about where you’re trying to go in the company they will help guide you in that direction.

Cons

- I really have no cons about working at this company..they are truly fantastic. I will say two general cons, but these are only potential things to consider. HW is great. - you wont know you’re in a good market until you’re already there. I was in a good one, but if you can’t get support from your branch managers (Teammates) then it can be a little challenging.

Pros

Great culture and collaborative work environment. Hancock Whitney is big enough to be meaningful in the market yet small enough to be nimble and move quickly toward solutions and product offerings.

Cons

Still trying to figure out its strategy for remote work however, so is industry in general...I would say Hancock Whitney's lean toward in person work and/or hybrid work environments will be a positive over time.
