Pros

Great hours, comfortable environment, really great coworkers, respectable job

Cons

The sales pressure is tremendous, and when I was there at least, the products just weren't that good. Lousy fees on checking accounts, out-dated Christmas accounts, and avaricious investment contractors.

Pros

Pay, benefits, 401K. My co-workers and CSM were Great.

Cons

Certain management think they are not responsible for helping grow their branches and making referrals. They tell you they like to promote from within but only if they like you.
