Pros

Works well with schedule's, great place for lazy people.

Cons

Pay is way way under market!! They claim to be competitive with their pay and benefits in their job postings, but you can earn more literally anywhere else. Their benefits are only helpful if you have a major catastrophic health issue. The HR is never in the building and will not address any issues or will tell you to "work it out" with the person you are having the issue with. Everyone is nice to your face, but you quickly learn that everyone talks crap about everyone else behind their backs. Management is only interested in being cool with each other and will not take employees issues seriously. The policies change depending on team/area you work in. They do not give any reasonable raises, but will hire new people at several dollars more per hour. The executives are so disconnected from their employees. The hardest workers are the ones that end up leaving.
