Pros

- I worked with a great team (Marketing) - Hybrid schedule - Family oriented company

Cons

- Low pay, minimal raises, small bonus if any. - no upward mobility - sometimes felt judged for taking a full hour for lunch/ my direct report would seem irritated when I was eating lunch at home during 12-1 pm and he always tried to message and call during that time.
