Pros

There isn’t any. Their service is terrible. What company can’t tell you WHY you’ve been banned after you’ve provided the information requested.

Cons

Never worked on a project. I got banned for some unknown reason they couldn’t tell me. Was asked to provide my degree which I did and they decided to uphold the ban. Even sent them my prior certifications. It sounded like they were questioning my credentials but I had supporting documents. Again, I never even touched a job. I was in onboarding for one.

Not what it was

Pros

A lot of the people who have been there for a while are great hard workers, but the culture has changed drastically over the years.

Cons

Leadership, poor management, lack of career growth because all they worry about are deliverables and not the people who work there. Poor management gets rewarded even after HR fiascos as long as they are pushing for high output over quality. The company used to value empathy and the people who worked there, but over time the people who practiced that have left.
