flexible on vacation and down time

Horrible management, no direction ,and horrible office moral. This company is not open to ideas or growth. They dictate from the top down with no understanding of the market they are in and how to function within that market. Try to cut cost at any measure and do not offer employees any raises, bonuses, or positive feedback for many years now.
