Cons

If you like 24/7/365 work for a top-heavy organization, this is the pace for you. IT professionals should expect no work-life balance or break from heavy heavy engagement. The company never re-staffed its worker-level IT staff after a furlough and drawdown during COVID, opting instead to move the headcount to management.
