Pros

You get to try your hand at a lot of different project types.

Incredibly passive aggressive company structure. Lots of turnover. Dishonest management. Low salaries across the board.

Thank you for your feedback. As a current employee, I would encourage you to speak to your manager, CD, MCD or even our new Chief Content Officer regarding what you perceive as dishonest management. That is a serious accusation and one that Hanover would like the opportunity to understand and rectify. Our turnover in 2016 was lower than in previous years with average staff tenure increasing as well. Turnover is a challenge for any organization that hires new graduates. A first job is often not your last job. The same applies to your first salary. We are upfront with our compensation during the interview process and have recently increased starting salaries for entry level roles. Do take the opportunity to influence change by speaking to someone in leadership or submitting a more detailed review through our CEO suggestion box (anonymously if you wish).

Thank you for your feedback. Without more detail it is difficult to address your comments about management and career pathing. I can share that in 2016 all Hanover managers completed their first round of Management 101 training and this will continue in 2017 with additional modules and all new managers going through the program. We are also focusing on hiring external talent with more management experience to infuse our corporate culture with a stronger management foundation.
