- Wonderful coworkers - The business model works for small / medium businesses that have smaller research budgets

Cons

- The reports delivered are very much “you get what you pay for” and makes it difficult to try and justify them to clients - Lack of transparency on work. Often keep clients in the dark because of how many projects are being juggled
