Pros

Members and immediate coworkers are pluses

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, short staffed. Retail branches and Call Center treated very poorly. Hiring Freeze except if you are VP or higher.

Pros

Supervisors and coworkers are great to work with

Cons

I will never encourage anyone to apply here. They are very cheap on raises. They work you like a slave. They renig on promotions and especially not a place for minorities to move up. They also ask you to do more without rewarding you. If you want to be a slave without being rewarded this is the perfect place. They won’t even increase the pay by a dollar for bilingual employees. They also make decisions on the fly and don’t tell customers leaving employees to deal with bs all day

Narcissistic CEO

Business Outlook

Pros

Some of the coworkers, although most are leaving.

Cons

Narcissistic CEO who prefers to focus on himself rather than the members or employees. Executive team and Board who follow his lead regardless of the countless cries for help. Recent attention brought to inequality of pay between long tenured employees and newly hired friends of the CEO were answered by the CEO by telling those employees to have a coaching session with a Financial Wellness Rep as if we didn’t know how to budget our own money. Being told our employee engagement scores are the highest they’ve been when in reality the Execs and SVPs have threatened us to give good scores or our bonuses or merit increases would be effected. Highly toxic environment and culture leading to many on leave due to stress or many just walking out. Very sad times here.
