Pros

They will keep poor performing and dysfunctional employees because they're "part of the Hanson's family." This includes employees with felonies, drug/drunk driving convictions and criminal sexual conduct. Because everyone deserves a second chance. Cesspool of negativity.

Cons

Constant promises that you can make so much $$$$ beyond the substandard pay. Unfortunately with so many rules and restrictions that it remains unachievable most times, and you are left with the blame. ONLY hiring for canvassers and sales reps. They'll post ALL SORTS of help wanted ads for different positions just to get you in the door.

Pros

Willing to give people without office experience a chance, free popcorn, decent prices in vending machine, free pizza occasionally. Some people here are nice.

Cons

Abysmal pay rate (all office employees start at $10), raise system is ridiculous (first year raise is 3%-- 30 cents!), pay is capped at $14 and it takes TEN YEARS for an office employee to reach that. PTO is cashed out on anniversary so you can never take more than a sick day. Not that anyone could afford a vacation anyway. Many other employees have terrible attitudes. Certain people in management are creepy toward young female employees.
