I have been at hansons for 16 years and I cant begin to tell you all the good that I have seen. The people that work are truly family. I wake up everyday excited to go to work, not to many people can say that. The owner has given so much to his employees as well as the community that it makes working at this company even better.

Cons

I cant think of one bad thing about working here. I love my job!!!!

Teamwork throughout the organization is phenomenal. The culture created by Brian is a family community. Leadership is very perceptive and exercises this when placing individuals in their designated roles. Due to the culture, you are empowered to reach out to various departments for advice and insight.

Cons

Compensation is not ideal; however, the benefits offered are employee friendly.

The work environment is very positive and inviting. I like that the owner is involved and tries to get us involved in the community and different charities.

A con for me would be the drive since I live about an hour away.
