Pros

Since I worked in US Office, I would share my experience and reviews based accordingly. 1. Good Platform to learn all Technical Skills 2. Promising company which will grow fast to compete with other established IT Giants 3. It has Best Health Insurance in USA, bet !!! 3. Multi-Culture environment: Indians, Pakistanis, Chinese, Russians, Americans, all working under same roof for customer requirements. 4. If you're skilled, you're compensated accordingly. 5. CEO has a vision and all management is co-operating him to achieve their aim to make Hanu big. 6. Multiple clients and multiple projects to work on. Gives a complete exposure. 7. Fresher in Hanu in 2016 will emerge as a Solution Architect in 1-2 years for sure

1. Since it is a new set-up, it lacks Organizational processes.

i worked in company approx 2 year as Technical Support and not to forget a great work environment . 1.Good culture 2.Great environment 3. No external pressure if u r puntual towards your work enough(its my personal feeling) 4. Work with fun type attitude(love what u work) 5. Responsible Hr in every aspect. Well!! I can count more but...i guess its enough for a mindset!!.

Pros

Well, all the pros are now turned into cons.

Cons

1. The company lacks the vision to grow, massive bias nature in terms of BPO and Software. From management to peons. 2. The company has no consideration on employee, no empathy with people. Directors try to take advantage on people. 3. Management lacks the cooperation part, HR don't know what really an HR is. 4. No support function distinguished over, massive distinction between payments to people. 5. Some are getting huge paychecks for doing nothing and some are underpaid, like really really underpaid. 6. The company for sure has a doomed future may be in next 4-5 years it will vanish out in the competitive market. 7. People are educated now, companies cannot take leverage over employees and they must not. 8. All in all, operating from such a remote location that even a dog depair to visit. 95 kilometers from Delhi airport.
