Pros
-Still some good mangers left - Some entry level jobs may still be competitive - Can be a good place to get your foot in the door for experience
Cons
- Takes advantage of tenured employees (ever-expanding job descriptions for already below market value pay) - Pay not competitive (multiple people leave for the exact same position to get up to double the salary) - Many positions do not get backfilled leaving extra work for others with full jobs - Most of the well-respected management is leaving or already left - Employees micromanaged by HR (not managers) by using badge ins for attendance - Culture no longer as welcoming or as inclusive - Health insurance started covering less and were more expensive in 2024
