      The non-management people left standing after several layoffs are great.

      Cons

      Micromanagement has become a core goal and has destroyed the culture and morale. Benefits have been stripped to the bare minimum. The diversity and inclusion team was laid off. Mandatory 3 days in office with a minimum of 8 hours a day.
