-Your job security is low here. - They just recently fired around 200+ employees after reporting a 45% increase in their net revenue. What a great way to thank the hard working employees. - When I first started lending club they fired all of their production employees at their California location, which caused a lot of problems and mistakes to happen in a lot departments. -They fired a large amount of people when Covid hit. -Instead of actually giving people raises when inflation hit, they took away annual bonus’s and raised our hourly rate to make it look like they are raising their employees pay, when it really adds up to the same pay amount at the end of the year.
