      Meaningful work that is customer-focused and tech-forward. New leadership and new brand are invigorating. New SF office has incredible views!

      Work ethic can be especially demanding at times - feels like a startup - so it is not for everyone.

      Pros

      The work environment is a good mix of professional and relaxed; people are helpful and easy to work with; management is approachable and actually listens; I feel supported and my team really shows up for each other during busy times. The culture is great - there's a strong focus on diversity and inclusion; people come from all kinds of backgrounds, which makes the workplace more interesting. The company also puts effort into fun events and employee bonding activities. Overall, it’s a place where you can grow your career, feel included, and actually enjoy the people you work with!

      Cons

      Three days in office requirement. My commute is almost 3 hours (round trip) and this makes high workload periods more challenging. Accounting used to have an exemption to work from home during month/quarter close but not anymore :(
