absolutely deplorable leadership. constantly complaining about the workplace culture THEY create. school psychologist is an abusive narcissist, and the director is either completely manipulated, or a narcissist herself. impossible to know. Leadership refuse to take responsibility, or LEAD. all stick, no carrot. They know what the problems are and refuse to do anything to change them. Constant targeting and retaliation for staff who try to make suggestions or improvements. Terrible place to work as a neurodivergent adult. Deeply disappointing.

Toxic environment to work in. Management doesn't care and thank God Anne Battaglia is leaving. She is what's wrong there and Darrell Whitbeck is just as bad. If these people cared about the children and adults served there more than their giant paychecks, it would be a good place to work again.
