Pros
My supervisor was wonderful, and I loved most of my coworkers.
Cons
There were changes in upper management which resulted in severe lack of communication and a lack of support to staff. Staff were made to constantly feel unappreciated. It was made clear they don’t care about their staff or the individuals served. Also, pay sucks and is unfair. You have people making more just walking in the door than others who have put years and years into the agency for the same position.
