Pros

Surgeons and office staff were easy to work alongside. Schedule was flexible. Physicians allowed autonomy on my part, yet readily available when needed.

Cons

Pay not comparable to my peers' salary. No room for negotiation with upper management/administration, despite taking heavier patient workloads. Little to no communication from administration/non-clinical staff.

Harbin Clinic is a world class healthcare provider located in Rome, GA (one hour NW of Atlanta). Terrific leadership and a strong Board of Directors manage the clinic. Delivering superior patient care and "caring completely" is the primary focus.

Cons

Salary increases are only incremental annually.
