Pros

You learn a lot of cool stuff about tools and such working there

Cons

The tools they sell are beyond cheap and break all the time, we had to push useless warranties on people who can barely afford tools in the first place, the pay was awful and I struggled getting hours after talking to the managers about it multiple times
