Great atmosphere to work in, fairly flexible, overall work wise a great place to work

Cons

No where near competitive on pay still at the lower end, McDonald's employees make more, while higher ups in the corporate end donate to themselves instead of taking care of the employees who ultimately take care of them. There are plenty of employees who struggle to pay bills, living check to check worried on if they will make it, and no one looking out for the employee. It hurts me to have to do this but someone has to stand up.

Pros

HFT has some of the best benefits for a retailer out there. Paid Time Off, sick time, discounts to a large number of stores outside of HFT. 20% discount in-store. I was full time, but if you are looking for this job to be a 15-20 hours a week kind of gig, its absolutely perfect for that, so long as you can get semi regular hours.

Cons

Biggest reason I left was the hours. Always flipflopping between day and night shifts. Not enough hours to spend on crews that were just days or just nights. One day I would work 4 to midnight and then the next day I'd do 9am - 5pm. Days off were a thing of the past since pretty much all of my free time was used up catching up on sleep.

Only good thing about HFT is you make money off replacement plans

Cons

I would never Recommend NOBODY to apply there. Never talk to managers about anything about you because, they will definitely twist it around.
