Benefits/ Hourly/ Customers/Schedules/Busy. The company is working on getting lots of new cool power tools .

Cons

No Overtime/ Understaffed in the store with more business. Expect allot out of the regular associates with lower pay and this is causing to much turnover.

A Harbor Freight corporate employee has to realize that along with bringing your A-game with you everyday, being a great collaborator, taking initiative and inspiring others will pay off. This company believes in rewarding hard work and excellence. There are very few companies of this size where an employee has the opportunity to make a difference in the company growth. Flexibility is a must. You may come in one day and a sudden new strategy will be in play that will require a course direction you had not anticipated. This comes from the agility of management to respond to any downward trend on a dime. While being so responsive is good for business, it can wear on employees. The ability to see the horizon and see the merits of responsive course change is a must-have in every member of a Harbor Freight team. Call it growing pains.

Cons

You will work with highly ambitious people in this environment. Not all will be friendly if you aren’t performing as expected.
