Pros

The hours aren't too bad, short shifts. They offer extra shifts all the time. Potential to earn extra on top of the hourly pay.

Cons

Too much gossip and unprofessionalism. Not enough understanding for mental health conditions, didn't provide accommodations as promised. No coaching to improve performance

Poor management, they used me as an assistant manager who opened and closed the store and only paid me as the had cashier.
