We review the wages of our retail Associates three times a year by comparing them with the market and minimum wage, and we also review them once a year during the annual performance review. We do our best to stay ahead of the minimum wage and we do not pay at minimum wage. We also review the wages of surrounding retailers to determine the need for an increase in current wages.
